Being Healthy is a normal state of the human being!

Look around in the nature. Trees are every year getting new leaves in spring and in autumn they fall down. If you look to animals and see how they manage to survive so why should we human not be healthy? And animals don't cook their meals! I think we are all in perfect health until we have a lot of stress, wrong habits or we eat the wrong food. Food without any value for our body! Food that is healthy for our body has everything in it what we need. The best is organic grown vegetables. This means without any toxic used during the growingprocess. The problem is that in the world there are a lot of toxic used to protect the plant, tree or vegetable against any form of life that could harm the grow of it. There is another issue the grow has to go fast so it is possible to harvest more times in one year. That means that the soil is poor of nutrients for the vegetables. For this problem they use fertilizer. That means that the plant will grow faster but not getting the quality we expect the vegetable would be. Also if we are eating healthy it is still the question do we get enough nutrients to maintain our body in good Health.
That is why I think we should take supplements. A car with the wrong fuel won't drive. If we don't get the right food with all what we need we will not be healthy.
And we as human have also a lot of stress to deal with and that is also one reason why people get often ill. And if we don't destress we can even get cancer. It is very important to destress.
In the past when we did not have factoried food (Ful with aspartame, MSG and sugar) we were healthier as at the moment. After we started to eat that factoried food the diseases like heart diseases, cancer and obesitas are a few examples of what I think is a result of eating this kind of food. Therefore I think we should eat more rawfood like fruit, raw vegetables and nuts. Eggs and raw milk should be better also. Because cooking the meals the enzymes in the food are distroyed. So the value of the food goes down by each step in the cookingproces.
For now I suggest to think about this. I will go on explaining this in the future. I hope that will help you understand what is important for your body.
